It was close to where we needed to be. The room was spacious and we really loved the mini fridge. We love the Oyster Bar and the one at Santa Fe Station is much larger than at the Palace Station and it has real tables & chairs! The lady at the front desk was very nice.

Sierra was the customer service at the front desk. She was amazing! She not only handled an issue that occurred with booking through 3rd party but she did it with a smile and a great attitude! To top it off she gave me some very valuable information that will lead to me using primarily the Station Casinos properties from now on. I get hotel rooms fairly regularly and Sierra made it feel like I was finally at home. Thank you Sierra at Sante Fe Station.

I liked the location Good restaurants Kid friendly Bowling Kids quest Arcade Friendly staff at the front desk and throughout the hotel

I liked the hotel location alot of stores near by a plus didn't have to drive to far to get anything needed I also loved the hotels presentation just like I was thinking we walked in got the rooms there was the casino an the restaurants an alot of action going on that was a plus when on trip to the superbowl go chiefs!!

Extra charges for everything. Just to have a coffee maker in the room the hotel wanted to add $10 per day. Add that to the extra charges for a king bed and it would have been less to stay somewhere else.

I like to watch movies at the theater and bowling is a great was to spend time other then gamble
